Amcor Flexibles North America

Amcor Flexibles is a supplier of high shrink, roll-fed and shrink sleeve labels. These PETG or polyolefin film-based labels are designed for high tapering or round shape containers such as plastic containers or bottles, glass containers, aerosol cans, buckets or pails and aluminum cans. Applications include shrink sleeve labels for coffee, bottled water, soft drinks, beer, household cleaners, baby food and beyond.

Amcor supplies roll-fed labels and roll-fed shrink labels are designed to showcase brand image, high-impact graphics and unique container shapes. Peelabel is a premium peelable banderole, printable on both sides and featuring an overlacquer on the outer layer laminated with plastic on the inner layer. SmartTack™ Die Cut Resealable Label is designed as a convenience feature for applications such as lids of deli meat.

In addition to its converting, extrusion, laminating and printing services, ColorMasters produces high-quality, roll-fed labels. The ColorMasters label plant is capable of producing laminated structures for straight wall and moderate shrink applications labels as well as monoweb clear and opaque structures from both offshore and domestic suppliers. Label capabilities include reverse or surface printing, luminescent or optical registration marks, slit widths from 1.299- to 6.5 in., repeat lengths from 6- to 16-in. and industry standard cores of 6 in. inside diameter with ⅜ in. wall thickness. Custom cores are also available. ColorMasters offers 10 color flexographic or digital printing options for its labels.

DCF Mexicana SA De CV

DCF produces self-adhesive labels on its Nilpeter FA-4 flexographic printer, which prints labels at 200 meter/min in eight UV inks. Substrates available include sensitive paper, aluminum foil, OPP/BOPP films, laminates, PET, PVC, OPS, and C1S, and C2S paper stock.
