Bottle filling machines are designed to accommodate a large range of products from thin liquids to thick products with or without particles as well as a range of speeds with semi-automatic bottling machines to inline filling machines automatic and semi-automatic to accommodate speeds up to 120 bottles per minute. Acasi’s rotary fillers accommodate faster speeds of up 300 bottles/minute.

Acasi Machinery manufactures inline bottle capping machines focused on industries requiring bottle capping machinery that can produce from 10 to 200 bottles per minute. Acasi also makes related equipment such as cap tighteners, chuck cappers, push cappers and cap feeders. Featured models include the trucap inline capper, which can handle a wide range of caps and containers without change parts and is designed to be easier to set up than competing systems. Related cap feeding equipment includes floor level cap feeders, stainless steel hoppers, and an L-shaped conveyor for vertical and horizontal transportation of caps on the capping line.

Acasi Machinery is an original equipment manufacturer of accumulating rotary tables, unscrambling rotary tables, and rotary overflow tables used in the feeding bottles into filling processes and handling filled bottles after filling. Featured equipment includes Model RA-59 accumulating rotary table, which features a variable speed design to handle 150 containers/min. Model RU 3200 - DT is an unscrambling rotary table that includes a bottle orienting guide supported by a 2-in. tube.

Acasi machinery manufactures standard conveyors for all its machines as well as custom conveyors for customers. Straight, curved, and custom tabletop conveyors are manufactured in stainless steel and have toolless guide rail adjustments. Acasi stocks 4.5-in. straight conveyors in 10-, 13-, 16- and 20-ft. lengths. Custom conveyors include 7.5- and 10-in. wide conveyors (other widths by request), L shape, U shape, S shape conveyors and any other curve configuration of virtually any length. Acasi also supplies raised, chemical resistant and sanitary conveyors.
