AirWave Packaging Inc. air cushioning machines for protective packaging applications are designed to meet the logistics challenges for mail order and direct-to-consumer (D2C) packaging. Air cushion machines produce the required transport protection on-demand, using space-efficient film rolls. AirWave offers machines that run various film materials and cushion formats including sustainable materials such as recyclable paper. AirWave1 supplies up to 4 workstations with reliable air cushions and can be seamlessly integrated into the workplace. The AirWave 1 can run plastic air cushion films, PlantWave compostable films, Paperwave recyclable paper, and other materials. AirWave also supplies the AirWave 2, called “the most flexible and user-friendly premium model,” AirBoy nano4, marketed by co. as “the fastest small air cushioning machine,” and other models, accessories and spare parts.

AirWave Packaging Inc. supplies air cushioning materials for protective packaging used in e-commerce, direct-to-consumer (D2C) packaging, and beyond. Air cushions are made of 99% air and made of "only one percent recyclable film and therefore particularly environmentally friendly," reports co.
