Packaging Inspection Equipment

All-Fill manufactures a wide range of checkweighers for various entry-level, high-precision, and heavy-duty applications, all designed to make sure products come off the conveyor within a certain speed and weight tolerance specified by the operator. Featured systems include Model EW/8, All-Fill’s economical, entry-level system for weighing packages up to 5 lbs and operating at speeds of up to 120 packages per minute. Other models include the HP/14 High Precision checkweigher, handling packages of up to 8 lb at speeds of 300 containers/min., and the HW/15 heavyweight checkweigher, which check weighs cases of up to 200 lbs. at speeds of 50 packages/minute.
