AmbaFlex’s AccuVeyor accumulation systems are designed for balancing the speed differences in a production line, processing products by time delay or buffering items offline in an intermittent process. In- or offline accumulating products include the AccuVeyor AVh, designed to overcome the disadvantages of traditional spiral accumulators. Products remain untouched on the line and do not even change tracks, remaining on the same portion of conveyor belt, in between infeed and outfeed. The AccuVeyor AVl, based around one flexible conveyor belt, is a fully dynamic accumulator suited for various applications that allows for the absorption and release of items between processes without any interruption. The AccuVeyor AVs Series is designed to save space using either time delay or a medium pressure accumulation approach.

Ambaflex offers the AmbaVeyor modular conveyor system, featuring a sideways flexing belt that can perform upward and downward bends. Straight, inclined and curved tracks are possible in this one-drive conveyor system, which can extend over distances of up to 50 meters. The AmbaVeyor Curved Solutions series offers nine pre-assembled curved solutions that are available for integration into traditional conveyor lines facing complex conveying issues. Configurations are: straight, gooseneck, curve, u-shape, S-curve, hockeystick, helix, horseshoe and lightbulb.

Elevation systems from AmbaFlex include the SpiralVeyor SV, an all-purpose spiral conveyor that elevates secondary packed products and cases in logistics as well as packaging such as cartons, containers, trays, bottlepacks, bags, crates and totes. It is used for multiple package handling functions ranging from elevation up to accumulation. AmbaFlex also offers similar spiral systems for elevating items such as bottles, pharmaceutical items, large items, and parcels.
