Robotic Integrators
Applied Manufacturing Technologies, Inc. is a system and robotic integrator specializing in case packing and palletizing end-of-line solutions and advanced material handling applications such as thermoform product handling. Examples of robotic integration capabilities include an automated case handling and robotic tray unload using a FANUC M710iC/70 robot. AMT’s set-up includes a FANUC 3DV vision equipment that identifies box locations and the robot calculates the desired pick grouping to maximize cases handled but also avoid interferences. The robot vacuum EOAT can accommodate cases in a range of sizes and orientations. AMT is an Authorized System Integrator for FANUC, a Recognized System Integrator for Rockwell Automation and holds Certified Robotic Integrator status with Association for Advancing Automation (A3).
