Established in 2015 as Maspack Packaging USA with the aim of providing innovative solutions for the automation of bottling lines in the wine and spirits industry, in 2022 the company has changed its name to APS Packaging and Automation while maintaining the same mission, services, and quality standards. APS Packaging & Automation makes the Accupack 1/2 case packer, designed with adjustable keeping head that has a maximum excursion of bottles diameter of 50-125 mm. Case packer comes complete with accessories suitable to work bottles formats with diameters between 60 and 105 mm by just changing special plates for each different bottle diameters and cases format to work. Features include single-column structure and arm-powered movements move up and down to pick up and lay the bottles into the cases. The movement of the heads (back and forth on the arm) is controlled by an inverter to ensure gentle handling of the containers.

Palletizing

APS Packaging & Automation offers the palletizers suitable for both cartons or cases as well as bottles on pallets. Palletizing systems are designed with a solid and sturdy frame in painted steel with a double-column framework of painted carbon steel bearing the palletizing head. Bottles are fed to the gripping head through a continuous unscrambler or pushing device depending on the speeds. An automatic pad inserter positions pads between the layers to be palletized. APS Packaging & Automation offers both gripping and pushing depalletizer systems that are fully automated and easily adapt to format changes for bottle depalletizing. Height parameters are input through a touch screen display. All movements are mechanical, motorized, and controlled through variable speed drive inverters for precise soft starts and stops. Available in a variety of models, running from 150bpm up to 600bpm.
