Astro Packaging is a supplier of industrial hot melt adhesive suppliers in various formats used in case and carton sealing, product labeling and numerous other applications. Astro Packaging has over 40,000 sq. feet of hot melt adhesives in stock, for same day shipping on most products. They are also authorized distributors for Henkel adhesives, HB Fuller glue, as well as Bostik and IFS DuraPro products.

Astro Packaging manufactures several models case sealers, case erectors, case packers and a wide variety of related automated packaging solutions. Featured case packers include the Model 34 Side Sealer, designed for sealing the long edge of boxes in specialty applications such as bed frame, book shelf and floor manufacturing. Astro Packaging’s Liberty Series™ Bottom Load Case Packer is built for compactness and flexibility in the plant. The bottom load case packer machine is a good fit when a product must be kept upright when case packed and drop packing is not an option. The Freedom Series wrap around case packer can run up to 35 cases per minute maximum line speed. Astro can also build custom machines for specialized box sizes or adjustable machines that accommodate multiple box sizes.

Astro Packaging supplies adhesive application equipment used in carton/case sealing, product labeling and other applications. The Astro Packaging product line includes hot melt units, hoses, pumps, automatic guns. Astro is also a distributor of adhesive systems from Graco, ITW Dynatec, Nordson and Slautterback. Featured equipment includes the Astro AP100 Hot Melt Unit, 6 H/G, which accepts Nordson hoses and guns. With a capacity up to 100lbs (45.4kg) of hot melt in pillow, pellet, slab or bulk form, the unit's unique tank shape is designed to minimize adhesive degradation, charring and foreign matter accumulation. A finned melt grid optimizes heat transfer to the adhesive as it moves into the pump inlet, eliminating hot spotting issues.
