This batching equipment essentially replaces a manual process of an operator scooping individual ingredients according to formula until the container is filled, which also allows for contamination and error. System features high throughput from fully automatic filling and movement through the facility. Batches are separated, reducing the likelihood of contamination. AZO LIQUIDS offers homogenizers, water mixing and dosing systems and complete continuous processing lines for liquid batching and processing applications. Homogenizer features a mixer that is fully CIP/SIP compatible and meets the most stringent requirements for hygiene thanks to the GMP-compliant design. In addition, the use of conventional O-ring gaskets, moulded gaskets, a single or a double-acting mechanical seal is feasible without making changes to the standard design.

Azo's versatile and efficient unit is used for optimal discharge of big bags in closed automated feeding systems. For difficult to discharge materials, the big bag support table is equipped with a vibrator or big bag massager. Optional low-level indicators are available to provide indication of low product level for bulk bag changing in time.
