Form/Fill/Seal

Bairespack USA offers complete solutions in vertical form/fill/seal (VFFS) technology including the DENVER VFFS intermittent motion machine. Designed for accurate speed for food and non-food products, it is used mainly for loose, granulated, doughy products or products difficult to handle as well as liquids. The DENVER VFFS Series can be built to make pillow packs, gusseted bags, as well as quad- and five-seal bags based on the application. Other VFFS machines from Bairespack include the AUSTIN Combo Series of Automatic VFFS, a compact system perfect for short ceilings and small facilities. The WICHITA Series is designed for producing single-dose stick packs or sachets that are heat-sealed on three sides, commonly used in products in the food and pharmaceutical sectors.
