Batchmaster® counters utilize patented dual view scanners to provide high accuracy counts possible. Out of tolerance parts are rejected prior to entering a package. The latest Batchmaster® IV counter is an accurate high-speed counting system that detects and rejects parts one-third smaller or larger than a target part thereby separating the good parts from the bad. These counters can easily integrate with upstream and downstream packaging equipment. Batching Systems can provide standalone counters or fully integrated turnkey packaging systems.

The Bagmaster® Series of vertical form/fill/seal machines offers flexibility for running different types of film and versatility for system integration to any type of packaging machine. Designed for short or long production runs, machines are designed for heavy-duty applications including frozen food, hardware, toy and industrial product applications, machines run at speeds of up to 100 cycles per minute, depending on the model. The Bagmaster® 250 or 400 Vertical Form, Fill, and Seal Bagging Machine makes bags out of flat stock film, with the bag formed around the product.

The Sure Feed Hopper Lift consists of a vibratory feeder mounted above counting, weighing or processing equipment, on a stand that is designed to allow the feeder to drop back and down to an ergonomic load height. The operator uses the hand control to bring the feeder down to load position while the counter, scale or processor continues to run, resulting in zero down time for product re-fill. Once product is filled, the operator returns the hopper to feed height to resume product delivery.
