Belco makes three main models of shrink tunnels in addition to a curing tunnel used for shrink film applications. ST Fan is a budget friendly shrink tunnel that uses a combination of cal-rod heating elements and adjustable speed fan motors to heat and swirl the air about the package as it travels through the tunnel chamber. Other models include the ST Recirculating, which wraps difficult shapes and sizes while providing repeatable performance at all speed ranges and the ST High-Speed Recirculating, a dual chamber, extended length shrink tunnel system that features digital temperature controls and reaches speeds of up to 150 ppm even for difficult to shrink packages using thin films.

In addition to its bag sealing and wrapping equipment, Belco supplies the Merlin, a fully automatic form/fill/seal wrapper designed to form and seal flat film around products without producing any waste or film trim. This design produces can maintain production speeds up to 100 packages or 120 feet of film per minute depending on model and configuration. The Merlin Sealer comes with a 16- or 24-in. wide hot knife cross seal and the choice of a static overlap or thermal bottom seal to satisfy any film requirement. Four configurations of sealing modules are available.

Belco is a manufacturer of semi-automatic impulse wire and hot knife bag sealers, automatic L-bar sealers, bag top sealers and sealer/tunnel combination units. Automatic L-sealers come in 6 sizes and are designed to offer the dependable performance and high productivity you require to meet your packaging requirements. The FEN continuous motion automatic side seal wrapper features a no-product/no-cycle photo eye and is designed to reach production speeds of 60 feet of film or 50 packages per minute. The MAXX 5 bag top sealer replaces the manual operations of bag sealing, folding and stapling a header label for retail-level quality packaging.

Belco is an original equipment manufacturer of tray sealing equipment for medical device packaging applications. The BM PC tray sealer is designed to ensure the highest level of consistency and repeatability in producing high quality seals for an FDA monitored environment. System’s open PC architecture allows real time package data acquisition and monitoring of every cycle for process alarms while also reporting both machine level and cycle level errors and LAN capability. Features standard RFID identification of any seal fixture prior to allowing a cycle to run. Integration of barcode scanners and vision systems is easily handled thanks to the EtherCAT and Ethernet protocols already integrated into the control system.

Belco manufactures the BM 2020 and BM 3025 blister sealers, available in two machine sizes with sealing platens measuring 20-in wide X 20 in. deep and 30 in. wide X 25 in. deep. Features easy set up and operation: simply set the digital temperature control and seal time for the product to be sealed and adjust the incoming airline pressure to the proper PSI reading on the provided air gauge. Then place a blister into each seal fixture cavity, load product and place the blister top card. Features a two-station design shuttle drawer for independent and safe operation. Blister sealer units feature specially designed heater blankets for even heat transfer.
