BluePrint Automation (BPA)

BluePrint Automation makes high-speed stacking and loading systems for frozen pancakes, waffles, tortillas, flatbreads, protein patties and related products. This solution forms, stacks and loads products in various horizontal form/fill/seal (hf/f/s) machines, including a continuously moving flow wrapper chain infeed. Integrated vision is used to provide position and orientation of product as well as inspection for size, shape and more.
