BPI Packaging Equipment supplies vertical form/fill/seal (VFFS) machines that are capable of bagging items in many different formats, including pillow, sachet, flat bottom, stick pack, quad seal and many others. BPI designs its VFFS baggers for maintaining high speeds without the high maintenance. Designed with 90% less air components, baggers feature dual servo motor film pull system, smooth servo drive seal jaw actuation, auto electric rectifying film tracking system, electric photo eye film registration and numerous other features.

Conveyor’s main structure features a 304 stainless steel construction with large lifting capacity for heavier products and high lifting capabilities for the large projects. Also features a product flow hopper for small product control and adjustable leveling feet for uneven surfaces.

Options include 152mm square tubing legs, welded stainless steel anti-slip decking, welded stainless steel treads and risers, stainless steel flat floor mount feet. Custom designed and built sizes are available upon request. Dual platform mezzanines, triple deck mounted sinks and multiple combined units are also available.
