CDA USA offers a wide range of automatic and semi-automatic linear filling machines, from 1 to 6 filling nozzles. Line includes several models that manage filling, dosing and capping. Featured in CDA’s wide range of liquid fillers is the K-Net Auto, an automatic filling and screw-capping machine designed for hygienic filling in numerous formats of a wide range of products: food processing (vinegar, oil, fruit juice, honey, jam), cosmetics (perfume, soap, ointment, body oil), paint and varnish industry (buckets, paint and varnish pots), chemicals (detergents and solvents). System reaches rates of 1,200 bottles/hour depending on the format and type of liquid. Other fillers include the CDA K-Dense, featuring a dosing table that automatically feeds containers on a packaging line while filling them. The K-Dense can fill many formats of glass jars with twist-off caps or plastic jars with wide openings (150g, 200g, 250g, 500g, etc.) with thick, pasty, semi-dense products, such as jam, honey, maple syrup, sauces, mustard, spread and others.
