Clevertech palletizers handle bulk filled or empty cans, can ends, PET and glass bottles, cases, shrink wrapped trays or bundles, pails and baskets. Palletizers can be supplied high-level or floor level, robotic or conventional, with robotic or gantry style product manipulators. Systems, designed for food and beverages, pet food, home and personal care, can making, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, can palletize up to four lines simultaneously and handle a wide range of pallet patterns, including rainbow pallets, 2D and 3D product pallets.

Clevertech offers a variety of stretch wrappers that come with either rotating platforms, rotating arms or rotating rings, depending on the application and speed required. Several options are available, such as: automatic roll change, corner post application with motorized arms, revolver or robotic manipulators. Optional top cover for dust-proof wrapping or waterproofing. For more pallet stability the machine can be also equipped with a roping system. Clevertech also provides strapping systems for pallet load stabilization with single fixed lance or with double movable lance that can also be integrated with a rotating platform.

Depalletizing systems range from robotic to sweep-off or lift-off. Robotic systems provide automatic and flexible unloading and stacking of layer pads, top frames and pallets, with no need for additional handling by operators.
