The M120 is a new high-speed solution for flow wrapping from CT Pack USA. Fully electronically controlled and suitable for any type of feeding technology, the M120 has been designed to handle high-speed applications up to 120 meters/minute (cold sealing) of wrapping film. The machine is also available in a hot sealing version and features a double reel holder with auto splicer; three pairs of sealing rollers, plus motorized film bending roller; and an empty/double bags rejection feature (no product/no bag available).

The new continuous-motion end-load cartoner, developed by CT Pack for applications in industries such as bakery, chocolate, ice cream and frozen food, is capable of erecting pre-glued cartons, side load products, and close and seal cartons on both sides. Cartoning system comes in two versions (HCC120 and HCC240), and, depending on the required carton dimensions and speed, it can handle productivity of up to 300 cartons/minute. The machine provides automatic loading of products into preformed cartons by means of pushers in continuous motion, followed by automatic sealing. The machine is characterized by an ergonomically positioned magazine charging point and an innovative positive carton opening device.

CT Pack USA makes an integrated system for case packing that consists of a single integrated unit with 3 sections: box erector (forms the box and closes the bottom); product handling, collating and top loading pick-and-place; box sealing and closing. Compact, fully integrated case packer is designed to meet the needs for low- to mid-capacity case packing, keeping the focus on the quality and on the footprint savings.The case is positively erected, assuring complete control of the empty carton through the whole case-packing process.
