CVC Technologies is a manufacturer of labeling equipment used on bottling lines for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food, cosmetic, personal care, and consumer electronic markets. CVC's range of product labeling equipment includes the CVC200 Top Labeler, built to automatically apply pressure-sensitive labels onto the top or side of flat and indented containers. Other labelers include the CVC302 High Speed Wrap Labeler, which automatically applies pressure-sensitive labels onto round containers at up to 200 bottles/min., and the CVC310 Gallon Wrap Labeler, built for labeling large diameter round containers. CVC Technologies also manufactures top/bottom labelers, spindle wrap labelers, vial/ampoule wrap labelers and other types of labeling equipment.

CVC supplies electronic tablet/capsule counters including the CVC1220 Hi Speed Electronic Channel Counter, designed for counting of tablets, capsules, and soft gels at high speeds. The machine comes standard with an automatic dust compensation system, dual vacuum ports, product count verification, and reject. In addition, CVC offers the CVC202 and CVC1000 Electronic Counters, economically designed for semi-automatic or fully automatic counting of tablets, soft gels, and capsules into bottles. The 202 Counter is designed for semi-automatic table top counting while the 1000 is an integrated machine including single or dual 202 heads mounted over an inline conveyor for fully automatic counting.

CVC is a designer and manufacturer of feeding and inserting equipment including bottle unscramblers as well as cotton and desiccant inserters used in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and related bottling lines. The CVC Bottle Unscrambler is designed to automatically feed bottles from a bin and place them upright onto a conveyor at speeds of up to 200 bottles per minute. This PLC-controlled unscrambler comes standard with a 6-in. touch screen panel. Options include ionized air rinse with vacuum, fallen bottle sensor with return to bin, low level hopper sensor, tower lamp, and static eliminator bar. CVC inserters include the CVC1117 Cotton Inserter, engineered to insert polyester, rayon, or cotton coil into containers at speeds up to up to 60 bottles/min., and the CVC1103 Pouch Desiccant Inserter, which cuts desiccant packets from a roll and inserts them into containers at speeds of up to 120 bottles per minute.
