Dillin Capping Systems designs, engineers, manufactures, and services straight line and rotary cappers for vacuum (wet or dry) and non-vacuum applications. Product line includes inline spin and steam vacuum cappers, cap blowers and related equipment. Dillin also offers high-performance capping heads with magnetic clutches, custom- designed bottle handling parts, and other special purpose equipment for a variety of applications, cap sorters, pneumatic parts feeders, incremental torque gauges, in-line cocked cap detectors and dud detectors, and other specialized items of equipment related to the capping process.

Dillin Engineered Systems specializes in accumulators including a wide selection of both inline accumulators as well as vertical accumulation systems. Inline accumulators include horizontal multi-laned systems, lift rail accumulators, single filer system and mass flow accumulators, as well as bi-directional and re-circulation accumulators. Dillin also supplies seven models of vertical accumulators, including the Roe-Lift Mega Accumulator, the F.I.F.O Accumulator, the Angle Accumulator, and the Flex Sweep Accumulator.

Dillin Automation Systems supplies a range of conveyors handling numerous applications, including drag chain, belt-driven conveyors, mat top, slider bed belt, table top and roller conveyors. Featured conveyors include the Air Deck, which conveys and accumulates everything from candy, caps and cartons to pouches, bags and bottles with a 400 fpm throughput. Other conveyors include Soft-Touch, with a roller bearing design that allows low back pressure handling for a variety of products: cups, totes, slug, cartons and more. Dillin Engineered Systems is a supplier of combiners, diverters and merges for packaging lines. Dillin’s combiners can be integrated with its full line of products and controls to provide a standalone piece of equipment or a complete, customized system. Diverters are designed for light to medium products such as trays, cartons, bottles, and can be set to run on a product count or timed basis. “No slugging” mergers can merge numerous infeed lanes to single or multiple discharge lanes and are reported by the manufacturer to be less expensive and complex than the continuous combiner.
