DMM’s elevator and lowerator is designed to move product safely and securely, and comes in customizable heights. System’s gripper belts are easily adjusted to accommodate many different product sizes. DMM’s transfer elevator raises and lowers transferred product in a small footprint; heights can be customized and flights can be changed to fit various products.

DMM Packaging manufactures canister and tray sealers for low to medium speed applications for pre-made trays. The T12H is part of the family of T-Series of thin film tray sealers for cosmetic, dairy, dry goods and food. Featuring a precision tooled flight bed, guillotine, or die-cut seal heads, and a variety of tray denesting devices, this sealer runs up to 120 trays/min. on four lanes. With an All Servo Powertrain the T-Series Sealers have the flexibility to perform in a number of industries that require high accuracy tray filling and tray sealing. The T3H tray sealer is suitable for a number of industries requiring high accuracy tray filling and sealing.

Vacuum and mechanical EOT can be included in the double or single wide Almond Palletizer. EOT on this palletizer can stack quickly without interrupting production, running up to 10 cycles/min.
