The T12H is part of the family of T-Series of thin film tray sealers for cosmetic, dairy, dry goods and food. Featuring a precision tooled flight bed, guillotine, or die-cut seal heads, and a variety of tray denesting devices, this sealer runs up to 120 trays/min. on four lanes. With an All Servo Powertrain the T-Series Sealers have the flexibility to perform in a number of industries that require high accuracy tray filling and tray sealing. Vacuum and mechanical EOT can be included in the double or single wide Almond Palletizer. EOT on this palletizer can stack quickly without interrupting production, running up to 10 cycles/min. The EOT for this palletizing system helps it successfully achieve repeatable precision stacks.
