Flexible Packaging
Eagle Flexible Packaging's capabilities include small to large production runs of printed roll-fed film, pre-applied zippered roll-fed film, preformed pouches and multilayered laminated film structures for barrier applications. Roll-fed film is printed in up to 10 colors, with maximum widths of 63 in. and maximum gauge of 12 mil. Preformed pouches are available in a vast range of styles and shapes from lay-flat and flat pouches and shaped pouches to quad style, to foldovers, side gusset and box pouches, among many others. Rollstock with pre-applied zipper film is compatible with all vertical form/fill/seal (VFFS) machines handling applications such as candy, snacks and pet food. Flexible laminate materials are used in many different markets for both dry and liquid products ranging from pet food and frozen food to nutritional supplements, cosmetics and cleaning products.
