Eastey’s variable speed accumulation tables, available in 36” or 48” diameter models, are designed for product accumulation or surge back-up applications. Accumulators temporarily stop, hold, and release bottles, cans, jars, or other containers after they are filled or cleaned. TT36 and TT48 accumulation tables feature a stainless steel turntable, variable speed motor, dual direction drive, and simple design. Each table is framed with tubular steel to withstand even the most rugged applications. A powder coated exterior protects the machine base from abusive conditions and guarantees years of use. For food applications, an optional stainless base is available.

Eastey bundling tunnels utilize four-directional variable air flow to provide a positive shrink. Eastey shrink tunnels are welded on 12-gauge, ¼-in. cold rolled steel frames with a robust design that is engineered to withstand abusive, real world shrink wrap applications. Eastey L-Sealers feature cast seal arms, stainless steel film clamps, and heavy-duty dual magnet clamping.

Eastey’s EC1248 and EC1848 variable speed conveyors are designed for reliable stand-alone product transport during product marking of primary or secondary products such as cases. Models are engineered to make a convenient add-on infeed or exit feed conveyor to existing case taping or shrink wrapping equipment, and can be integrated with inkjet printing equipment. Each conveyor comes pre-drilled in multiple locations to easily add printer and encoder mounting brackets. The smooth drive belt provides consistent speed for reliable, scannable barcoding and product transfer.

Eastey Enterprises’ line of case packing equipment includes case erectors and sealers. The ERX-15 case erector from Eastey is designed to automatically erect and seal the bottom of cases at production rates up to 15 cpm, providing fast, efficient case erecting while providing an alternative to manual case forming. Sealing equipment ranges from the simple and effective BB-2 to the semi automatic uniform SB-2EX Auto. Eastey offers several models of uniform case tapers and the SB-2EX, a machine that handles random cases. Taping speeds for case sealing equipment can reach up to 30 cpm.
