EMS case packers are designed around a modular concept involving two types: one using a Cartesian system and one with an anthropomorphic robot. Both case packer models can be fitted with features such as self-adjusting pick-up head, quick-adjusting centering device, self-adjusting guides, offering improved changeover and reduced storage space for head equipment.

EMS Group provides a complete engineering services for the construction of conveying lines for empty, full and packaged PET, aluminum and tinplate cans, as well as empty, full and packaged glass containers and HDPE containers, bins, crates, cartons, trays, bundles and jerry cans, pouches and more. EMS lines use different types of conveying systems to guarantee the optimal solution based on the type of product processed, with production capacities ranging from 100 to 2000 containers per minute.
