Wrapping Equipment
Gram Equipment supplies flow wrappers for ice cream bars, popsicles, and related products, from single lane to 28-lane production applications. The GMW is a multi-lane wrapping system for ice cream products that handles capacities of up to 80 strokes/min. With continuous motion design, the GMW features a high efficiency ProCut knife system, avoids unintended cuts and protects the knives at all times. The Multi-lane HSW machine is a wrapping machine for automatic wrapping of ice cream products. The HSW wrapping machine takes any frozen product in a tray tunnel, stick machine or other kind of production equipment and wraps it automatically in paper or film in one single procedure. The Multilane HSW-C wrapping machine features several lanes for automatic wrapping of ice cream products at up to 28 strokes/min. As the “smaller brother” of the HSW, it has inherited several features.
