Incline conveyor features a “bolt to floor” design with aluminum or stainless diamond plate floors and 304 stainless steel or mild steel chassis. High Tek’s bucket elevator can be used with their Standard Combination Weigher and features variable speed control, a customizable discharge height and a capacity of 1.8- or 3.8-liter loads.

Its standard combination weigher features fully enclosed radial feeders and photo eye infeed detection and load cell, coming in 1-, 2.5-, and 5.5.-liter sizes. The premium combination weigher features dual opening springless hoppers and achieves speeds of 120 bags/min.

Combo unit is installed with a safety door to ensure operator protection, a PLC control with 7-in. colorful fast feedback touch screen, and a modular frame and remote electric box for easy maintenance. Combo unit is designed for granular applications as a volumetric cup filler and multi-head combination scale. It can be used in combination with an auger screw filler for powder applications.
