The Hiperbaric In-Pack range of industrial equipment for high pressure processing of packaged products is composed of equipment with vessels or processing chambers of different capacities, meeting the requirements of clients from start-ups or SMEs to large multinational companies. All equipment works with a maximum pressure of 6,000 bar (600 MPa / 87,000 psi). In-Pack systems avoid the risk of re-contamination of the product, as it is processed in its final packaging. This range of equipment is based on a patent-pending concept in which beverages are processed in-bulk prior to bottling. This new technology is designed to reduce steps, simplifying the process while offering high productivity rates, as well as low processing costs and energy consumption. In addition, it allows the use of any type of container after HPP processing, regardless of material, design, or size. Hiperbaric reports that the equipment design helps system obtain a filling efficiency of 90% of the total volume, approximately double that of in-pack technology.
