We provide new HMC Pouchmasters and rebuilt Bartelt® pouch machines to customers worldwide. Integration of various types of product fillers including auger, net weigh, scoop, volumetric, and downstream equipment such as cartoners and case packers is also performed by experienced and qualified HMC staff. Control options on our equipment include PLC and touchscreen, PAC (programmable automation controller) with full servo motion control, or complete PC control.

HMC Pouchmaster is a horizontal form/fill/seal (hf/f/s) system designed for pouching a wide variety of dry and liquid products, including soaps, shampoos, nutritional supplements, powders, cake mixes, microwave products, pet treats, towelettes, sponges, swabs, plastic medical cards, medical test kits, and trail mix. Featured in the HMC line are the IMF Pouchmaster hf/f/s series, which runs free flow products and powders at speeds up to 160 ppm and the IM Pouchmaster hf/f/s that forms, fills, and seals powder and liquid products in pouches at speeds of up to 100 ppm.
