Holland Packaging offers the Autopack SLC, a machine that features a pad inserter and welding bar. This medium-speed shrink wrap bundler is equipped with a cardboard pad inserter that can be used in a wide range of industries. The side infeed can be single-lane infeed with horizontal collating done directly onto the pad. For a minimal cost, cardboard pads give extra strength to shrink-wrapped products for better handling and stability on pallets. Cardboard pads can be used for a number of product containers such as jars, aerosol cans, or bottles. The SLC operates at speeds up to 14 ppm and can be configured with multilane infeed packing directly onto the pad.

The CZH Case/Tray Packer from Holland Packaging collates and loads products onto a preformed cardboard sheet. It then wraps it into a carton that folds around the product before using a Nordson hot melt glue system to seal the case securely.
