The C-Square Module is a compact, 90-degree power turn conveyor for cases, fulfillment centers and related applications. Its combination of an independently powered, skewed infeed roller section and a straight outfeed roller section allow for several 90-degree diversion applications such as mainline merge, offline parallel spur, or compact S-bends within an extremely compact envelope. JMP’s C-Square Modular arrangement facilitates quick layout changes as operations and processes grow and evolve. The conveyor can also create specified gaps between packages to adapt infeed and outfeed speeds to existing conveyors in each position while turning cases in a fraction of the space required by traditional sweeping curves.

JJMP’s DTC (Direct to Case) packers are flexible robotic case packing systems designed to provide highly efficient and versatile means of performing repetitive, non-value adding case packing tasks to streamline labor requirements and re-allocate labor to value adding tasks requiring human thought, dexterity, and supervision. Customizable case packing systems feature intelligent vision-based product detection combined with advanced articulating pick tools, accommodating packaging of different shapes, sizes and densities. DTC system also achieves world-class case-per-minute rates, with on-the-fly tool changes and reduced downtime. JMP also offers modular collating case packers, featuring two and three robotic cell configurations that provide the horsepower necessary to streamline processes and all but eliminate case packing bottlenecks, with simple configuration of various case packing arrangements and product placement options on the staging table. Stainless steel, hygienic and CIP capable systems are also available in order to handle a wide range of food packaging applications.
