Kaps-All supplies machines designed for multipurpose liquid filling operations, from free-flowing to viscous products. Offering a wide range of filling methods and techniques in automatic, semi-automatic and rotary configurations, the Kaps-All product line includes the FA-G-E gravity filler, a fully automatic, microprocessor controlled machine for straight line liquid filling of free flowing liquids (including foaming thin products), suitable for glass, plastic or metal containers. Model FA-P Expandable Fills-All Model FA-P Pressure Filler features two stainless steel gravity/pressure nozzles that are adjustable for varying fill heights (expandable to 18 nozzles) and accommodates a bottle range of 1-3/4 inch high to 1 gallon containers (glass, plastic or metal).

Models include the A6 Spindle Auto Capper, a fully automatic machine that handles screw caps of all materials and styles from 8mm to 120mm including pilfer evident and child resistant cap closures. Model FA6 Portable 6 Spindle Cap Tightener and Retorquer, for pump and trigger cap tightening, runs at speeds of up to 300 bpm and requires only 38 in. of line space. Model BE4-Portable Over Capper/Lidder handles over caps, lids and fitments of all materials and styles from 13mm to 70mm.

Kaps-All manufactures accumulating tables and surge tables in the USA, designed for unscrambling, accumulating and surge back-up of bottles, jars, cans and other containers. The FS-S Rotary Surge Table provides a container accumulation area in the event of a backup or stoppage down line and automatically returns containers to the production line once the backup is cleared. Stainless steel surge tables come standard in 36- or 48-in. diameter sizes, with other sizes available according to customer specifications. Model FS-A is an accumulating table 36” or 48” Accumulating Table, designed for accumulating product at the end of the production line, features an adjustable 33- to 37-in. height adjustment and rotates containers in either clockwise or counterclockwise direction.

This diagnostic inspection center allows for non-contact/non-destructive testing and rejection of containers for multiple specifications in one center. Kaps-All makes bottle and container cleaning equipment including CLEAN-N-VAC Models AC-35 and AC-65, designed to automatically invert bottles and remove dust, dirt, carton lint and other foreign matter from container, using a combination of high pressure, ionized air, and highly efficient vacuuming. The ionizing neutralizes static electricity freeing dust and dirt for effective cleaning. Machines invert the containers over an effective cleaning area of up to 30 inches. Models are available as standalone units or in conjunction with other equipment such as a Kaps-All's filler, capper, orienting and unscrambling equipment or can be integrated into a complete bottling line.
