MBF North America designs and builds dedicated liquid fillers as well as monoblocs used in spirits, wine, beer, water and juice bottling lines. Fillmatic LV low-vacuum fillers are designed for minimum oxygen absorption and maximum preservation of alcohol and flavors, available in Tronic® mechanical or electronic configuration. The electronic version offers the possibility to customize and memorize the working parameters for each type of product and bottle. Fillmatic HP/HPT machines are counter pressure isobaric filling machines and/or turret for smooth wines, sparkling wines, beers and carbonated drinks, that can be filled cold and/or at room temperature, for both glass and PET bottles. Designed to provide a processing versatility for any bottle and cap format, the MBF Superbloc™ is a compact, comprehensive and customizable bottling line that integrates rinser, filler, corker/capper, capsuler and labeler in a single machine.

MBF manufactures the Capmatic/Crownmatic series of capping machines/turrets, featuring a wide selection of cap orientation and distribution systems as well as capping heads and bottle handling and management systems, is designed to offer versatility and functionality for each type of cap, bottle and production speed. Cappers are available as standalone units or as turrets in the cylinder block. Capmatic V is a F100/4 capping head for ROPP screw caps, with four rollers and mobile or fixed capping press and a “no-cap/no-roll” safety system. The Capmatic M90 screwing head is designed for plastic pre-threaded screw caps, featuring a magnetic coupling to adjust torque.

The Corkmatic series from MBF North America includes corker machines and/or turrets for natural and synthetic corks for straight and mushroom capping used in wine, sparkling wine and related applications. Available as standalone units or as turrets in the cylinder block, the Corkmatic Series’ design features turrets made of AISI 304 stainless steel and a top structure without hopper that uses pick-and-place timing gears for lateral feeding of corks. Machine design helps eliminate dust produced by the hopper and can handle any type of cork – even pre-oriented corks. Several models are available, among them: Corkmatic R is an adjustable cork compression system with cylindrical plugs while Corkmatic S is an adjustable cork compression with conical or truncated conical plugs.

MBF North America manufactures the Rinsmatic Series, a range of rinsing machines designed to meet the demands of each customer, aimed at the internal cleaning of glass and PET bottles in the highest possible quality for beer, wine, spirits, water and juice industries. MBF also designs and manufactures blowers, rinsers or sterilizers, all available in mechanical or electronic Tronic® configuration. Rinsers are divided into two main configurations: fixed nozzle type and mobile nozzle type (in which the nozzle penetrates the neck of the bottle.)
