The 4-Belt Unscrambler from McBrady Engineering uses three progressively moving belts to separate bottles, while the fourth reverse belt prevents jamming by removing excess bottles. It can be sold in conjunction with a McBrady Engineering bottle cleaner or sold separately to integrate into an existing bottle line.

McBrady Engineering specializes in bottle cleaning and rinsing machinery. Featured machines include the ORBIT cleaner/rinser line, with five models designed for every container and bottle cleaning need. The ORBIT’s design allows it to mount over an existing conveyor, leaving a small footprint and a simpler integration into the existing line. Cleans by direct tube injection of air, liquid, steam or gas to thoroughly clean the inside of the bottle. The HS-300 High Speed Gripper Bottle Cleaner is designed to clean bottles ranging from 1 oz to 1 gallon, at speeds of up to 400 bpm (for a standard 8 oz bottle). Bottle Dusters are designed to clean the tops, bottoms, sides and rims of bottles, cans and containers using ionized compressed air, brushing, spinning, and vacuuming to quickly and effectively remove dust, powder and debris.
