Meler's gluing systems are easily integrated at the end of the line as a complementary station where hot melt is applied in small dots on the packed product before the pallet formation. Thanks to adhesive application the pallet gains stability and ensures safety in the entire supply chain.

Meler designs and fabricates hot melt applicators for any industrial need: from coating heads to single modules in any type of dosing (bead, dot, spray, etc). Systems are fabricated according to customer's needs. In addition to hot melt application systems, Meler supplies related equipment including the Pro Series modules, several series of nozzles, and hot melt application accessories such as in-line mini filters and electrovalves.
