Newmapak manufactures and distributes bottle and can fillers for low-volume or high-volume applications, taking into consideration the viscosity of the client’s product as well as filling speeds, temperature, and the integrity of finished product. Offering machines from Barida, Rizzolio and TECHINIBAG, in addition to its own brand, Newmapak extensive line includes gravity fillers, pressure fillers, volumetric (piston or flow meter) fillers, combination pressure/gravity filling, low vacuum filling, isobaric filling and other technologies. Featured is Newmapak’s Babybloc machine, an automatic rinsing, gravity filling, and pressure capping tribloc machine, used in wine bottling lines. Its rinsing machine is equipped with 9 grippers and can work autonomously or can be integrated into a bottling line.

Newmapak supplies single head, linear and rotary capping equipment from OEMs such as Bertolaso and Barida. BETA Series crown cappers from Bertolaso are designed to be highly flexible machines used in many different industries: food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and others. Bertolaso's SIGMA series screw cappers handle aluminum, plastic pre-threaded and special shaped caps across many markets. Other cappers supplied by Newmapak are the Barida ISO 6/1/1/ automatic monobloc for sparking drinks and the T-Cork capping machine from Bertolaso, which handles pressure-inserted and flip-top caps.

In addition to supplying filling and capping equipment for bottling lines, Newmapak supplies bottle corking machines for bottles of wine, distilled spirits, beverages, olive oil, and for other cork-type capping needs. Featured machines include the combination Corker/Wirehooder from Robino & Galandrino. This automatic rotary monobloc machine for champagne bottle applications is designed for medium and high production speeds and features a rotary corking turret, rotary wirehooding turret provided with automatic picking up system and wirehood dispenser, bottle infeed screw and electronic controls for the machine starting and stoppage depending on bottle flow during production. Newmapak also supplies automatic corkers from Bertolaso and a single-head corker/wirehooder model from Robino & Galandrino.

Specialists in bottling and packaging solutions, Newmapak distributes bottle labelers from manufacturers including Quadrel and DMC, as well as related equipment such as bottle heating tunnels from OMAR. Featured labeling equipment includes automatic EconoLine wrap labeling system from Quadrel, an economically priced labeling system designed for various sized round containers that labels at speeds of up to 150 products/min. Model ML7 Top is an automatic “packaging island” for labeling champagne-type and still wine containers. Newmapak also distributes several shrink sleeve label applicators from Quadrel, handling a range of round containers.

Machine technologies span inline with ionized air and vacuum, rotary and fixed nozzles (using liquid, air or gas) and twist rinse with water (for canning). Featured rinsers include the Bertolaso Rinser NOVA, a fixed nozzle machine for glass bottle sterilizing designed for sturdy gripping and quick changeovers. Vetromeccanica’s Air Rinser removes dust and particles from containers for glass, plastic, aluminum, and tinplate containers.
