NiMCO® offers 35 models that can form, fill and seal Pure Pak®, Tetra Rex®, GablePak and/or NiMCOPak Gable-Top cartons in sizes from 4 ounce to Imperial Gallon (120ml to 5L) at speeds from 4 to 125 CPM. NiMCO Custom Cross Section Carton solutions are Customer based application. NiMCO specializes in the filling of liquid, viscous, moist or dry food and dairy products. Liquid products utilize NiMCO's standard piston filler systems. Viscous and non-liquid products are filled by weight, volume or count with auxiliary fillers custom-fit to NiMCO Packaging Machinery Systems. Mini 4-16 oz filling capacity at 35 to 125 CPM Quart/Liter 8--32 oz filling capacity from 10 to 100 CPM 1/2 Gallon/2 Liter 64 oz filling capacity from 15 to 80 CPM Gallon/5 Liter up to 5 Liter filling capacity from 8 to 30 CPM All models are available with NiMCO's patented CAP-PAC® Inside-Out Spout® Applicator System. These machine systems automatically place and weld plastic spouts to the carton using NiMCO's patented rotary spout applicator system. The CAP-PAC® system is available as a fully integrated unit or be easily retrofit to existing NiMCO and other gable-top fillers with the CAP-PAC® Spout Applicator Module.
