PAC Machinery’s line of pre-made bag loading and sealing machines includes automatic baggers, bag sealers, and vacuum packaging machines. Rollbag® brand automatic baggers are easy to operate and are an efficient solution for filling and sealing pre-made poly bags containing a wide variety of products. Rollbag automatic baggers can be easily fed by hand or used in conjunction with numerous automatic feeding devices. System options include thermal printers, labelers, feeding systems, and conveyors. For entry-level packagers, PAC Machinery offers Packaging Aids brand impulse bar sealers or Audion brand continuous band sealers for poly bags, stand-up pouches, and flat bags. Impulse bar sealers are the most versatile sealing systems available. PAC Machinery’s line of Packaging Aids brand vacuum sealers work by removing the air in a bag prior to sealing. Vacuum packaging is ideal for extending product shelf life, reducing package volume, and protecting items from corrosion.

PAC Machinery manufactures Rollbag® brand poly bags to run on all automatic bagging machines that use pre-opened bags on a roll. Each bag has an open end for easy insertion of the product, and a perforation between bags. Bags are automatically drawn from the roll, after which they are filled, sealed and removed from the roll along the perforations. Pre-opened, perforated bags are also available fan-folded in a box for easier loading and reduced changeover time. Premium quality Rollbag brand bags are available in a wide variety of sizes, styles, and materials and can be purchased unprinted or with high quality custom printing. The result is a securely sealed bag with highly visible printing in virtually any color. Rollbag poly bags also can be used as poly mailers for logistics and fulfillment shipping applications. PAC Machinery also manufactures poly tubing for use on automatic baggers. PAC Machinery bags can be made out of wide range of materials, including low density polyethylene (LDPE), linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE), high density polyethylene (HDPE), nylon, polypropylene (PP), polyester (PET), and metallized polyester (MET PET).
