Schneider Packaging Equipment, a Pacteon Company, manufactures palletizers that incorporate FANUC robotics to create unique, flexible, and simple machines to meet the facility and production requirements of its customers. Schneider offers three main types of palletizing systems. The Robox modular palletizer, Schneider’s most economical palletizing unit, features a compact footprint and over 20 pre-configured floor plans for easy adaptation to changing layouts. Schneider also offers integrated palletizers for complex palletizing environments where multiple infeeds converge into a cell, requiring a customized approach. ESS Technologies, also part of the Pacteon Group, offers the Robotic Mini Pallet Cell incorporates a FANUC multi-axis robot with ESS-designed vacuum style end-of-arm tooling (EOAT) to create a compact, high performance palletizing cell for single or dual pallet configurations.

ESS Technologies, a Pacteon Company, manufactures horizontal or side-load cartoners that run at rates of up to 150 cartons per minute and vertical or top-load cartoners run at speeds up to 100 cartons per minute.

Schneider Packaging Equipment, a Pacteon Company, manufactures case packing machinery including horizontal, vertical bottom loading, robotic and gable top case packing systems. ESS Technologies, also part of the Pacteon Group, supplies RSC and wraparound case packers engineered for top-loading, side-loading and bottom-loading applications. Schneider’s horizontal case packers are designed to be versatile, intuitive and efficient, capable of accommodating RSC, HSC, trays, and wraparounds; a high-speed horizontal case packer model is also available. The Everest vertical case packer is designed for gentle product handling, offering a conventional alternative to pick-and-place systems. For high rates, Schneider’s robotic case packers utilize FANUC robots and vision-guided systems for applications in regular slotted cases (RSC), display cases (HSC), or trays. Schneider’s gable top case packers can be designed as horizontal or bottom load and will pack half gallon gable top cartons into corrugated containers.

Phoenix Wrappers, part of the Pacteon Group, offers automatic pallet wrappers designed to boost stretch wrapping productivity. Its Rotary Ring automatic pallet wrapper handles 40 rpm at rates of more than 120 loads per hour. For entry level applications, Phoenix also offers semi-automatic stretch wrappers.
