Paxiom Group’s family of vertical bagging machines includes models for both mid-range and high-speed packaging as well as small or large bag sizes. Both the VerTek® and XPdius® series of vertical form/fill/seal (vf/f/s) machines are engineered to seal a wide variety of film types, structures and styles. Paxiom has installed hundreds of vf/f/s machines around the world for packaging applications including candy, snack food, chocolate, vegetables, fruits, cheese, poultry, pet food, bakery, cannabis, vitamin gummy, pharmaceutical, frozen foods and grains. Paxiom’s horizontal form/fill/seal machines include the R2B series that produce stand-up DOY pouches and both 3-sided seal and 4-sided seal pouches with zipper closures as well as shaped pouches requiring die cuts. It is also capable of inserting a corner rigid spout. The R2B series, for food, pharmaceuticals, life sciences products, liquids and more, uses laminated roll stock film to create a large variety of pouch styles, eliminating the need for premade bags and reducing material cost dramatically. Available options include gas flush, hole punch, middle capping device, shaped bag molding device, stand-up pouch former, tare notch, vacuum station, zipper applicator and rigid spout inserter and more.

WeighPack’s conveyors used in food processing and dry ingredient handling applications includes the I shaped incline infeed conveyor, designed to carry bulk product from ground level to a weigh filling system. Constructed in stainless steel, these incline infeed conveyors are designed with food-grade polyurethane belts, with designs that are convenient for cleaning and sanitation. The incline conveyors feature casters, product guides, food-grade catch guarding, and a stainless steel catch pan. PopLok® tray forming machines for fold and tuck die-cut trays are ideal for packaging products such as electronics, food, consumer goods, apparel, pharmaceuticals and hardware.
