P.E. Labellers offers vision systems with cameras or smart cameras for container orientation with maximum precision even at high speeds. Qcheck solutions installed at the outfeed check for the presence and correct position of applied labels to ensure the highest quality standards. The same cameras can also be used at the infeed to check the filling level, the presence or absence of the cap or the color of the product inside a transparent bottle.

In addition to its labeling, machine vision and reject systems, P.E. Labellers offers in/outfeed conveyors systems, available in clockwise or anti-clockwise carousel rotation directions. Designed to be integrated into production lines, in/outfeed conveyors are available in the following configurations: 90 degrees, front, right parallel and left parallel.

Labellers designs and manufactures soft push rejections used on bottle labeling lines with accumulation conveyors or with chute and collection basket as well as multi-finger rejections combined with accumulation conveyors.

Labellers North America manufactures a broad range of labeling machines and stations, including pressure-sensitive, cold-glue, roll-fed, pre-cut hot melt and shrink sleeve systems as well as combined technology models and specialty solutions for equipment related to labeling applications. Featured models from the P.E. Labellers product line include the combined technology Modular SL labeling machine that allows for a multitude of configurations and application technologies, offering pressure-sensitive, hot melt, cold glue, roll-fed hot melt, thermal shrinking on a single machine. Automatic combined labeling technology machines can run at rates of up to 82,000 bottles/hour. Simpl-Cut™ stations are designed for roll-fed wraparound labeling applications. Maya is an automatic linear sleeve applicator for sleeve labels on containers, empty or full, of any material, shape and size, with shrinkage percentages up to 80%.
