PharmaMed supplies a robotic syringe denester designed to add flexibility to syringe packaging lines. Mobile syringe denester features a compact size and adjustable outfeed rail, allowing this system to adapt to a wide range of downstream equipment. Robotic denester handles multiple syringe sizes, from 1ml to 5ml, and can be figured for multiple tray layouts (100ct/160ct). The machine can also adapt to a broad array of downstream equipment.

PharmaMed offers its Compact Case Packer, designed to help pharmaceutical packaging operations save time and cost while increasing production through automatic case packing. “Our compact case packer has the industry’s smallest footprint,” claims PharmMed on its website. Case packer can be configured to build cartons, as well as collate and load various types of products. The case packer can process up to 10 cases/min.
