Posimat supplies several models of bottle unscramblers and bottle orienting systems that handle light, heavy, cylindrical, oval or asymmetric bottles in a range of styles, formats and sizes, in addition to cap feeding and sorting equipment. Posimat's robotic unscramblers include the POSIROBOT system that unscrambles at up to 115 units/min. Posimat's specialty unscramblers for the pharmaceutical industry include the MICRO ASEPTIC unscrambler. GIRAMAT is a machine designed to reorient bottles that have left an unscrambler if they must be faced towards a particular direction.

Posimat supplies conveyors specifically designed for handling empty plastic bottles and cans on bottling and canning lines; equipment includes air conveyors, mass conveyors and tabletop conveyors. POSIJET air conveyor with twin guides encapsulates the bottle above and below the neck ring, which avoids leaving marks on the bottle's neck and provides better stability to the bottle, even at very high production line speeds. Mass conveyors use modular belts to transport mass quantities of empty plastic bottles in straight and vertical elevations. The Box Tipper is a semiautomatic bulk unloading machine that easily and reliably dumps plastic bottles into the hopper prior to feeding into an unscrambler.

Posimat's Posirinser is an air rinser for empty plastic bottles on bottling and jar filling lines. System cleans bottles and jars by blowing air or by means of water. Ionized air cleaning options are also available. They can be installed integrally with the POSIMAT bottle unscramblers or added later as a standalone machine.

Posimat manufactures DEPEMAT depalletizers, completely automatic machines designed to simply and reliably remove empty plastic bottles from their pallets before introducing them on the POSIMAT plastic bottle unscramblers. Machines can work with flat trays or trays with folded edges.
