Precision PMD manufactures filling systems for a range of products including the Precision PMD PF Series Piston Fillers series. These fillers are capable of depositing a complete range of viscosities, ranging from products as thin as water to others as thick as mashed potatoes. The PF Series Piston fillers are designed to gently and accurately dispense product; in addition, they can be disassembled in less than 60 seconds for sanitation. The construction of this filler is 100% stainless steel and FDA approved plastic. Precision PMD’s piston fillers feature PLC controls for simplified integration into your existing line. A variety of hopper sizes are available.

Precision PMD designs and manufactures film membrane sealing systems for pre-formed rigid and semi-rigid containers as well as a complete line of denesters for paper, plastic and foil containers. Precision PMD sealers can seal paperboard and plastic trays and cups. Machines are designed to fit specific application needs for today with the ability for growth in the future. Precision PMD's pre-made tray and cup fillers range from lower volume, intermittent models to continuous machines for higher volume applications. All Precision PMD denesters can be servo driven or can be mechanically linked to an existing system’s drive source.

In addition to its line of denesting equipment, Precision PMD offers customized blister and clamshell filling and closing equipment that can integrated into lines. The Precision PMD Clamshell Packaging System consists of two-head VH Series Denesters, an integrated net weigh filler, and a two-head clamshell closer. This clamshell packaging system handles 50 containers/min.
