QComp's High Speed Lid Applicator is designed to maximize the throughput of a lidding application. In addition to handling a wide range of lid types, the cell features the flexible delta style robot. Single and dual cells delivered with speeds up to 180 picks/min. The patent-pending QComp servo lid feed conveyor is designed to ensure precision pick and placement of the lids with high accuracy. Easy operator focused controls help keep the system running well. QComp's LPSX Technology is an innovative inspection feature now available as a standard option on QComp's Lid Applicator cells. The LPSX Technology feature maximizes production by allowing an operator to inspect the glue pattern on the lid without interrupting the production process.

QComp’s robotic cartoning or tray filling cell system was engineered to meet lower speed, smaller budget requirements. The QComp cell utilizes either a Delta robot or a robotic arm to pick-and-place products. One robot cell option uses vision to pick randomly orientated products and place them into a carton. A second robot cell can pick collated products and place them into one or several cartons at a time. A typical robot cell footprint can be from 5 x 6 ft to 4 x 8 ft, depending on the product infeed and carton handling equipment.

The Case Packing & Palletizing System includes a case erector and case sealer to form the cases and seal them prior to palletizing. Three different case configurations and two different tub sizes are available. Two different robot end-of-arm (EOA) tooling peripherals provide quick change operations.
