Feeding & Inserting Equipment
Schubert’s robotic pick-and-place systems pack naked or pre-packed products of various consistencies into packaging materials. Picker lines are designed to easily switch from applications, i.e., from picking jobs using destacked plastic trays to ones using erected cardboard trays. Available in Scara or Delta designs, pick-and-place systems feature the Schubert Vision System and use the counterflow principle to guarantee product quality and completely filled trays. Scalable, custom solutions depending on the client’s needs are possible; Schubert’s largest pick-and-place machine to date comprises 48 F4 robots.
