Shibuya Hoppmann manufactures LPC conveyors from 3- to 12-in. long. In addition, Shibuya Hoppmann offers prefeeders and discharge systems for a variety of applications. EP-series elevating prefeeders, handle small, medium and large parts, and deliver product at belt speeds between 23 and 35 fpm. These elevating prefeeders use cleated belts at varying pitches and heights to bring product from the floor level up into the feeding application. Shibuya Hoppmann’s horizontal discharge elevating prefeeder, the EH-08, was designed using a modular, plastic, cleated chain to vertically and horizontally transport parts. The EH style prefeeder’s multidimensional discharge is closer to the feeder bowl, eliminating the potential for scraping or scuffing parts, and is able to reach over existing equipment via the horizontal discharge chute.

Shibuya Hoppmann offers the E-Beam and H202 aseptic liquid filling systems, as well as conventional filling and capping systems. Shibuya's line of filling systems is designed for flexibility; fillers handle multiple bottle shapes and sizes, including square and elliptical containers. Applications include juices, teas, coffee, milk, protein/energy drinks, or carbonated sodas. Liquid fillers use the net weight filling method for high accuracy.
