Signode manufactures a full line of stretch systems for securing pallets ready for transit, from semi- and fully automatic stretch wrappers and stretch hood equipment to adhesive applicators for transit. Stretch wrapping equipment includes numerous models of several types, including orbital, ring wrapper, rotary arm, through-the-eye, and turntable wrapping systems. Featured stretch hooders include the Multi FleX1 machine, designed to protect products and loads from the elements, while stabilizing them for transport with five-sided protection and a load capacity of up to 200 loads per hour.

Signode supplies an array of pallet conveying solutions including slip sheets, turntables and more. PTC® Top Frame slip sheets are used on the top layer of tier-stacked goods to create a rigid interlocking framework to unitize and secure loads. Signode distributes several turntables including Rolle and Ecomat models from Haloila Bulgaria. Signode also supplies its own line of 100% recyclable paper pallets.

Xeros stretch hood film, available in white and gray, protects stretch-hooded products by effectively managing sunlight. LOCK N' POP, a non-toxic, water-based cohesive, secures packages together to eliminate side-to-side shifting, ensuring load stability throughout the transportation cycle. Contrax polypropylene strapping is made for light and medium-duty applications, including palletizing, unitizing, bundling, carton closure and reinforcement.
