SIPA manufactures liquid blending, mixing, degassing, carbonation equipment for water, beverage and soft drink applications. Featured liquid processing equipment includes Massblend, a compact continuous mixing unit for the automatic production of carbonated and non-carbonated beverages. Its high vacuum tank handles deaeration while an inline proportional dosing system performs mixing and the carbonation. Other processing equipment includes Carbo-MW, a compact deaerating and carbonating unit for the automatic production of carbonated water and XBlend, a skid-mounted continuous multi-component degassing and mixing unit used in automatic production of still beverage products.

SIPA offers a range of rinsing, filling and capping monoblocs designed to guarantee the highest quality standards in packaging a variety of beverages and liquids. SIPA’s machine offering includes the FLEXOTRONIC range of modular volumetric filling monoblocs for filling carbonated soft drinks, carbonated mineral water, non-carbonated mineral water, clear and pulpy juice, isotonic and sport drinks. The FLEXOTRONIC also handles sensitive products, including fresh or micro-filtered ESL milk, and drinkable yogurts as well as edible oil, home and personal care products. Other fillers include volumetric gravity filling monoblocs for large size containers, an isobaric filling monobloc, a gravity filling monobloc, and a mechanical gravity filling monobloc for hot fill applications.

SIPA supplies PET bottle production systems including stretch blow molders, rotary and linear blowing systems, as well as blowing moulds and tools. Designed for large size containers, the SFL BIG and SFL MAXI linear blowers are engineered for small- and medium-scale production of containers anywhere from 12 to 25 liters in size for sectors such as mineral water, oil, beer, wine, household chemicals, mineral oils. XTRA is a rotary blowing system featuring high bhc and a wide active process angle, designed to deliver high bottle quality regardless preform material (rPET, bio-based resins) while saving energy across the board.
