Featured systems include the MixSys powder blending system, handling a wide range of food applications such as salsa, salad dressing, salt and chocolate powder processing, in addition to applications in biopharm, liquids and ingredient processing. This desk-height powder blending/mixing system, designed for safety, small footprint, and foam control, utilizes a Fristam FZX vacuum pump and an FS shear blender to quickly and completely incorporate wet and dry ingredients into a liquid stream.

Specialists in liquid and dairy processing machines, Statco-DSI also offers multiple caser models in high- and low-speed configurations for applications like milk and juice products. Featured machines include Model DW-HS Wide Caser, designed to load bottles and cartons into standard 24 quart dairy cases passing through the caser width-wise rather than length-wise. Other models include the JSSB caser, designed to load a wide variety of round and square bottles into 13″x13″ plastic dairy cases.
