Multi-head combination weighers are available from 10 head up to 32 head systems, with extensive options including dimpled surface, breakage proof, leak proof. Highly customizable for specific products and applications, these combination scales feature remote touchscreen HMI for easy and convenient control and an IP65 washdown rated. Other products include linear scales for powders, granules, vegetables and fruit; servo-auger fillers for fine powders and granules, such as powders, spices and seasonings; and counting systems with digital vibratory systems for high capacity applications.

TDI Packsys supplies vertical and horizontal form/fill/seal equipment for snack foods, popcorn, nuts, coffee, pet foods, as well as hot and cold fill liquid applications. Pouch filling machines handle various sizes and styles, including flat, side gusseted, quad-seal and block bottom, and run at speeds of speeds of up to 70 pouches per minute. Optional valves and tin ties for coffee packaging and nitrogen flushing option is available for extended shelf life products. Machines use an Allen Bradley PLC user interface and feature servo-assisted film feeding and full servo-driven, heavy-duty sealing jaws for optimal speed and accuracy.

TDI Packsys distributes E2M’s Flexiturn product orientation system, which performs flexible and linear guidance for all types and shapes of containers. Regardless of the material, shape or position, Flexiturn correctly orients any container independently, full or empty, in the necessary degrees. Independently operated side bands provide in-line guidance, and the system also includes smart cameras for various orientation detection techniques including ultrasound, laser, infrared, inductive and photocells.
